Negatives: It felt dirty

Negatives: There was NO breakfast as advertised, the manager scolded the front desk unnecessarily in front of customers and was very rude. I arrived at the property at check in time only to find the room not clean

Negatives: Tried to make me pay for covers and also the light kept flickering

Negatives: We arrived at 11:30 p.m. and the hotel was locked. No one there to check in. Not a single hint as to how to handle it. By chance another guest came and knew who to call. There was a telephone in front of the entrance door with no description whatsoever. After ten minutes a woman came, no apology or anything like that. Instead, instructions about not smoking in the room, etc., and an immediate debit of a $100 deposit. After that they gave us the room cards and immediately disappeared again. As we still had to get our luggage into the car, we only then noticed that the room door wouldn't open. Luckily we already know the trick with the telephone. We waited again for the woman from reception. After a whole hour of wasted life, we got to the room. Under normal circumstances we would have had to leave immediately. Absolutely horrible smell, armchair completely eaten by a dog, dirty, etc. We just wanted to sleep then, as our flight home was the next day. In the morning, the next disaster: the toilet was completely blocked. The next stop was reception, which was now even manned. The woman's answer after raising the problem was that there was nothing she could do, the caretaker would only be there after eleven. Practical if you have to check out by eleven. Offered to use the staff toilet. After inspecting it, left immediately. Sleep was also out of the question, as the hotel is very thinly soundproof. I really wonder where the 6.1 rating comes from. The hotel staff present when we checked out did not seem competent to me either, they seemed disorganized. The answer to our problems on site was "we'll fix it", really professional. It is a very nice facility with potential, but unfortunately very poor management. It was the worst experience of a total of 21 days of road tripping and many overnight stays. And please spare yourself the comment "We're so sorry". Just change something on site.

Negatives: hotel smelled and was dirty

Negatives: The general manager the property was not clean as well as halls smelled of weed and stairwells reared of urine

Negatives: The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and not welcoming. My room got canceled because she couldn’t scan my ID. My sister booked a room literally 2 mins after and then the lady said they sold out. It wasn’t just sold out when I was checking in. And if you canceled my reservation, my sister should have been able to get it
