Positives: I love everything about the Andaz, from the rooms with balconies overlooking the pool or over the park area. The lounge and restaurant facilities are superb and excellently located. The staff is always helpful and happy to accommodate you in any way possible, within their means. I feel like Im at home or in a very comfortable place when i stay here. Its my favorite hotel in Savannah..

Negatives: I don't like the fact that i cant just live there. parking could be better, but is as good as they can do. room service would be nice and laundry facilities

Positives: Nice welcome with friendly staff and an easy check-in process. Great location! Nice value for the location and room size and quality. Fun lobby with live music, bar and people having fun. Room is good size and comfy. Great bed and shower. Nice sitting area in the room with drinks and food in the room. Solid all around. Would def return on my next visit.

Negatives: Nothing really. It's a good spot and value for the money.

Positives: Nice, spacious room. Double sink bathroom and very spacious as well.

Negatives: We were under the assumption that the breakfast was a buffet. It is not. If you have the "free" breakfast included in your room rate, they provide you with a daily credit toward menu options. Although the overall service could be improved, the breakfast was quite tasty, filling, and satisfying! Oh yes, one elevator (of the two) was out of service during our stay which made for longer queues for guests as well as staff.
