Rooms were not clean. Bedsheets were dirty, dusty bathrooms. One of my relatives got bit by bugs during her stay. It was also poorly managed.

staff was helpful. used the concierge service which was helpful in some areas.

The parking was very limited. traveled with handicap individual and parking was a struggle in the evening. not knowing the area at all did not realize that it was a distance from downtown.

The room was neat and clean plus well supplied. Also the cleaning staff were the friendliest I've encountered, They were insistently helpful without being obnoxious.
The breakfast bar was well laid out and appointed with a good variety. The person watching the spot was friendly and efficient.
Negatives:
The floor had what I would call Tile carpeting. I could not tell were it was coming from but there was water coming up thru the tiles were they met.
I would have this looked at ASAP.
Definitely not enough parking. Overflow parking was in a Parking garage on the other side of another hotel and this was a pain to get to and the fact that I had to pay for this was insulting. For the price you were charging for the parking I would suggest Valet parking, especially for those of use that have a hard time getting around.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and clean. The concierge was very helpful.

Positives:
We had to alter the times of our stay to one day earlier and check-out one day later, staff were very helpful and accommodating with this, the desk staff Camren and Monique were cheerful, pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was typical, location of the hotel was great!
Negatives:
Parking fees seemed a bit high. Furnishings in a suite seemed sparse. Some maintenance on one of the entry doors was needed, there were others.
