Worst experience of my life. Room was moldy ,smelly,and carpet filthy. I asked to change rooms and was told "I can't help you" I had to buy room freshener and candle to cover smell. Will never stay in hotel sgain

Did not make bed or give clean towels .very dirty and the walk in front of rooms was disgusting. Have never been treated this way before Rest assured I am telling friends and family about your dirty hotel and rude front desk staff.

Slum completely unlivable blood stains and severe filth on the couch and chair asked for sheets to cover them blood spots on the curtains floors were sticky carpet was un vacuumed they vacuumed again and they were still dirty all surfaces were covered in black film of dirty handprints blood splatter on bathroom door as well as dirty from never being wiped down room smelled of wet dog and pee and the bedsheets smelled of dirty dog pillows had been washed and we're extremely lumpy had a clean bath towel that looked like a drag queen had taken off her makeup covered in mascara lipstick stains and foundation had to beg to get clean towels gave us the wrong room first (it was nasty too ) then gave us a room already occupied (carpet coming up and furniture nasty as well )persons luggage in the room and they were in the shower when we entered with our room card then we got room 201 with the blood stained couch we complained and received a im sorry from the manager and a$ 38.88 discount at check out ruined our anniversary trip completely already paid for and no refund offered that's why we just stayed we left at 2:30 am on the last day we couldnt stand it any longer I have pictures of all of this
