I enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool, jacuzzi and work out facility.
Negatives:
I left my new dress in room 380 by mistake and was told by loss prevention that it was not there the same day that I checked. I was a little disappointed that I wasn't able to retrieve my new dress that I had just purchased. I regret that I didn't recheck everything.

I’m not sure but the overall facility looks recently renovated. The carpet is new and the wall paint is shiny. The bathroom looks brand new. Lake view room is gorgeous.
Negatives:
I had to wait for 1 hr and 20 min to be checked in. They should have more than one person behind the counter to check the guests in!! It is ridiculous!!

Long wait and lines to check in. Asked for rooms close together. They couldn’t be further apart. Separate floors. A lot of kids first 2 days and All park activities closed after Labor Day. Restaurant had minimal menu and minimal staff at restaurant and registration. lake was nice and liked having terrace. . Had to pay $20 to get in the park where resort was located and Uber driver had to pay $5 to pick us up. Minimal housekeeping. Enjoyed wedding and family reunion.

Staff: There was a receptionist I will call the “NO lady”. This receptionist turned us away at first telling us there was no room even for guests with reservations. We booked online and went to another receptionist who helped us get a room. When we went to get water from the lobby dispenser we found it empty and when I asked the No lady she made no effort to refill it. Had to buy overpriced bottled water. There was also no water in the rooms. When we requested a toothbrush because our stay was unexpected. The same no lady told us they were out of toothbrush’s and we had to wait till tomorrow when house cleaning can bring us some. That never happened.
Also $60+ In hidden resort fees were added by the hotel which I found to be exorbitant and dishonest when prices are posted. I would request Booking.com add those fees to the price so your clients know what their total price will be

I didn't like showing up with a confirmation amd my money paid to be told they didn't have a room for me. I had to leave at midnight to find a hotel room cause they had overbooked amd was out of rooms
