Red Roof Inn Atlanta - Suwanee/Mall of Georgia

Negatives: The staff were rude for no reason. I literally only slept there, didn’t bother anyone, my kids were well behaved and the staff found every reason to be a bitch. My kids were getting bit by bed bugs so it was time for us to go. You have to beg for room service, clean lining, towels and hygiene supplies. The toilet has to mold before they clean the rooms and the shower curtain. The only person that was kind and appreciated our service was the younger guy who worked over night, I wish I had names but they know who they are. The older guy with the gray hair talks a lot of shit over the phone but never to your face. The staff all live in the hotel so I can understand their frustration. I close on my house Friday 12/20 so they did me a favor :) God will handle them for sure.

Negatives: Customer service was rude. At check-in front desk staff was getting cussed out by a client. Figured it wouldn't be so bad since the staff member kept apologizing but boy was i wrong. Staff is rude, place is run down and falling apart. My door looked as if it was previously broken into. Left for dinner and came back to find that the mirror fell out of wall socket. Front desk said they will notify maintenance but no one ever showed up. Now I am being charged for the damage. Tried to speak to the manager Victor but he declines to come to the phone or call back. Seeking a refund for this mess.

Negatives: No breakfast, rooms were dirty shower n sink clogged microwave was dirty sheets dirty overall I was moved and try to make me pay a difference due to them moving me rooms

Negatives: I could give this property 0 stars I would. The worst experience of my life, and it should be noted that I have stayed in hotels of a similar category before. The bad smell of cigarettes is unbearable, zero cleaning, dirty towels and sheets, the floor is sticky from being so dirty, dust everywhere. Customer service does not exist. When I complained to the property for calling 9 times without a response because the hairdryer was not working, Andrew, the manager at the reception, told me that he could not answer me because he was not an octopus, that he was very busy. The first night they gave us a room that according to him he didn't know why it was given to us if it was out of service. When I asked them to please clean my room because my baby couldn't be on that dirty floor, the cleaning woman had lied saying that I didn't want to be cleaned. When I complained to her, she told me that I was disrespecting her, she left. shouting and saying that he was going to call the police on me. I went to the reception again to tell what had happened and Andrew told me that he couldn't wait for me to leave the hotel and that if I left that night he would give me my money. Which is a lie because I complained through booking.com and the hotel refused to refund my money. I felt cheated. And I still lack details, so many are impossible to write. Please don't stay there, don't waste your money, your life is literally in danger by staying there. That business needs to be reported and closed, it is inhumane and unacceptable!!

Negatives: Every thing about this place! I have been scammed twice by this motel through booking.com. if you read reviews I hope you listen to this 1. I'm only warning the ppl who care about losing $70 for a room who never got the chance to check in bc of emergency. Extremely sorry customer service & advertising. Never will I use booking.com or red roof ever again!
