Took 30mins to check in cause only staff member was on the phone
Charged $25 per day for car parking, which is completely unreasonable in an open air car park. This charge was also not clear and most guests were annoyed. It’s evident that the staff get a lot of disgruntled guests as they stare at the ground
Pool and bar do not over look the beach as there is a mound
Not enough staff in the bar/restaurant. I have up trying to order and left
Room very basic.
The whole place is just old and run down. It doesn’t meet the expectations of travellers today
