Breakfast not good at all. But it's staff are awesome people and the hotel is pretty and clean. It needs a pool and a better breakfast menu and it will be one of the best places to stay.

The manager girl was short with me each time, she was flat out rude and was argumentative with me and acted with an extremely unwarranted superiority complex. Multiple light bulbs were burnt out had to wait till the next day to get new ones, I was given 2 strait up dirty dishes .

Upon arrival, told the front desk my service animal was ESA and was not charged a fee, I am also a proud Trans Woman, then had to extend my stay for two days, and a different front desk person, showed unacceptance of me, was rude, no pleasant greeting or departure, no eye contact, short speech, and demeanor, and then said my ESA was NOT a service animal, per their "poilcy" then charged "pet" fee of 25$x2 obvious blatant discrimination. 100%

We got there about 10 minutes before check-in, and they told us our room wasn't ready and it was "going to be a while."
We had a very long day, which I understand they wouldn't have known. But, when we asked if there were other rooms available, they said no.
We were asked to give them our phone number and they would call us when the room was ready.
So, we went outside with our dog and waited about an hour with no call. I went back in to check on the status of our room, and they said that our room was ready. I saw I sticky note on the desk with our info on it, and they never called us.
I feel they should have discounted our rate for a late check-in.
