Positives:
The room was very clean and I was surprised at how big it was. Bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee was ready at 5:30am, even before breakfast officially started at 6am. Breakfast was meager, but for the price and location, wasn't expecting a huge assortment. I got coffee and it was perfect for someone who just wanted a safe, clean place to sleep while traveling on I-84.

It was kind of a depressing place. It felt dark, not a positive atmosphere. The TV remote didn’t work and there wasn’t any ice machine or other facilities. The breakfast consisted of two push pots, one coffee, one hot water, sugar filled creamers and a few prepackaged unhealthy items sitting on top of the table across from the check-in counter. In the morning, doctors called me from the hospital to update me on a family member. I lost track of time and realized it was almost 11 AM which is checkout time. I went down to the front desk and asked if I could check out at noon. The front desk person was really nice but she had to ask permission of some woman sitting in the office that could hear me and I could hear her. Despite my having family in the hospital, she told the front desk person I could only have 30 minutes and all the years and the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed at, I’ve never been turned down for a late check out request. disappointing.

Bed was thrashed-one-side had a sagging spot so bad, we were going to transfer rooms but our trip was cut short- was instructed to contact booking for the refunded amounts [which was simple & easy-till check out-was told you guys never called them back & her last receipt was approx $50.00 more than your receipt] I have the copy of those both and will be using "bookings amount" ... That woman at the front desk had an issue prior to us-Cause the way she spoke with me was NOT appropriate to me!! this will continue to be rectified...

The manager girl was short with me each time, she was flat out rude and was argumentative with me and acted with an extremely unwarranted superiority complex. Multiple light bulbs were burnt out had to wait till the next day to get new ones, I was given 2 strait up dirty dishes .
