The customer service, the man working that shift was completely unprofessional and needs to learn how to deal with people, when I asked where my room was located he told me to go figure it out and didn't help me, I had been driving all day and was tired, I just wanted him to tell me where my room was and tell me about the services of the hotel, which he failed to do he just gave me my card with the wifi and thought that was all the customer service he needed to provide. Each question I asked he acted like it was a chore to answer my question. Completely unprofessional..

Was dirty. Breakfast was cereal only, and was closed completely on Sunday. Room was very small. No elevator. Floor outside of room was sticky. Window was very dirty and had view of roof of pool room which had trash on the roof. Will not go back.
