Positives: The guy at the desk was very nice. He was pleasant and helpful.

Negatives: The whole place was dirty. The elevator has issues, hot tub broken due to electrical issues, room nasty, carpets in hallway need replaced. Just not a comfortable environment.

Positives: the staff was great..

Negatives: The spa was down the whole time but we were time the pool was not only for it to be closed the next day and not open the the rest of the trip. The breakfast was lacking food and I had to go back to my run to get the 2 coffee cups, because they didn't have any at the dinning area.
