Positives: Nothing, the property is in need of maintenance. The room was dirty, and had blood stains in the bathroom.
Negatives: We asked for a late check out as we had arrived at 2AM. We were abruptly woken up by ponding on the door at 11:03, I stated we asked for a late check out… the employee then opened the door and barged in. 100% unacceptable !! I almost called the police!!
