We love this hotel for its location on the river, for the silence and fresh air and for the delicious brewery nearby.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, during our last visits, the coffee machine in the lobby did not return to work, only coffee in a thermos and its quality is not very good. We are waiting and hoping that the hotel will be able to return the previously familiar service with a working coffee machine

Positives:
Staff were very friendly. The computer systems were out due to no internet and the two staff did a great job given the situation. They were apologetic but not their fault at all. The grounds were clean. Room was spacious.
Negatives:
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was hard. Swimming pool was also closed.

The black mold in bathroom, waking up at 5:30am to stuff getting thrown into a dump trailer, the towels smelt like they were in a house fire. The lady working front desk in the morning was rude.

Overall we enjoyed our stay...
Positives:
The location was close to the event o was attending and easy to access.
Negatives:
The staff was stretched and unhappy/unwelcoming.
The first room I was provided was next to the pool. It was noisy, triggered my allergies and did not have a pleasant odor.
The second room I was assigned was clean. The bed was comfortable. It also had an unpleasant odor. It was across the hall from house keeping, which made for a noisy early morning wake up.

I Hotel is an old 70s era hotel that needs to be updated. Beds and Pillows are very uncomfortable. The hotel is very old and dingey. It just needs to be updated and refreshed.
