Good news! Before Tuesday, Nov 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, Nov 19th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Nov 23rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Nov 23rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 23, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 4 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Positives: The staff has been very friendly both times I have stayed at the hotel. I love the idea of being able to look around at all of the exhibits as well.

Negatives: Only one of the elevators were working. The elevators are relatively small to start off with so this created long waits at the elevators, especially when we were trying to leave on Sunday.
