The room was fantastic and we loved the facilities within it - coffee maker, microwave, fridge etc. Snacks were a welcome touch too. Loved the lounge section.

As a vegan I was very disappointed with the breakfast compared with other less expensive hotels. I had the choice of cereal, toast or fruit but no hot food. I also never got the chance to swim due to children always being in the very narrow pool, even late at night.

Dusty room ,no one vacum during the cleaning ,stayed first three days no even bottle of water supplied the provide us the complementary drinks and snacks on third day breakfast same everyday with very limited option and seating never enough for the guests
They disconnected the water supply from 10 pm to 5 am with was the worst experience ever

The area for breakfast was very spacious for all the guests plenty of seating and lots of options for food and beverages. The breakfast was actually good and something we look forward to for the kiddos to save a little before we go out for the day in the city. They also have a cook to order option which was absolutely delicious and recommend. Pool area was efficient and accommodates well for families. The location of the hotel was superb for our stay for the Chicago Marathon. Our room was okay, only complaints I have is we are a family of four and had selected a room with a king suite and pull out sofa bed and was not able to receive that due to services needed for the room.
Negatives:
Only complaint we have is our room. We selected and paid for a king suite and sofa bed with high floor view in April, 6 months prior to the stay and were moved to a double room with sofa bed, due to services needed done or something like that. Which I don’t believe because it was one of the most busiest and important weekend of the year in a Chicago for the Marathon. I’m sure what happened is they gave our room to others who wanted to upgrade. Now yes we had enough room to sleep but the fact that we paid for it and with a nonrefundable option it just didn’t meet our room expectation. My husband is 6 feet tall and those beds were actually small for him but we made it work we had no other choice. There was no refund available nor any other options to stay in the city due to the high demand for the Chicago Marathon event.
