I reserved 2 suites. The front door staff made me check into each room separately, paying higher taxes and city fees.
One suite smelled very badly of chlorine. The other suite smelled like mold from water damage.
The rooms were dirty. I found 2 used water bottles by the night stand and desk. There was confetti under the night stand. The other suite had stains on the wall paper in numerous places.
The bell hop didn’t show and after waiting 30 mins, I carried all of the bags for 2 rooms on my own. I called the front desk and they said they would look into it and call me back. They never called. The cleaning service came but I was waiting on the bell hop so I just carried it all myself

Service: Not that we needed much of it as we were out most of the day. But whatever we experienced was below average. We had stained towels and when requested to change these, no one came until I followed up couple of times. When following up, I encountered one male employee at the front desk who was rude and insulting. It’s a pity we had to deal with this same person twice in our short stay and he stood out for his extremely rude and racist attitude.
