Negatives: Breakfast buffet was a disappointing chaos with no spoons or forks available for more than 15min, buffet itself almost completely emptied long before closure. Starting the day inbetween a tight atmosphere of other unhappy hotel guests, this sadly completely spoiled our otherwise comfortable stay.

Positives: Rooms were clean, view was alright.

Negatives: No amenities whatsoever. I've never paid for a hotel room that didn't even have bath robes let alone slippers, free water, or anything to make you feel like you were staying at a quality place. I chose this place because it seemed like the amenities were solid but half the things that are advertised weren't even open and if they were it was until a disappointing 10pm (on NYE really?). Worst financial decision of 2023 by far. There's a lot of work to be done before this place is even close to worth the price.
