Positives:
The location was fantastic, close to everything and public transportation.
Negatives:
I paid for a city view room where I did not look at the city. There was a super bright light that stayed on all night directly outside our room window. Also for over $--- a night they did not have any parking and I still had to pay $60 to park.

We relocated to the Kinzie after spending 4 days at the 5 stars Langham, directly across the street. We found the Kinzie an excellent value for the money with great towels and a decent attempt at free continental breakfast...very decent,

This hotel was in a great location - easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was simple and clean. The breakfast included was really good. The staff responded in a timely manner to any requests we had.
Negatives:
We were put in a handicap room so the water from the shower went all over the floor. We had to request more towels to clean it up multiple times. This was not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. There is a nearby parking garage, but it is a bit pricey
