Between Saturday, Oct 5th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Oct 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Oct 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 6, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Absolutely nothing. Bathroom door was broken , breakfast was disgusting & cold. We arrived in Chicago at 11 our room wasn’t ready til 3. Charged a $150 holding fee that wasn’t discussed. Vent in room creeked all night , walls are paper thin. And whomever the Spanish guy that was working at 6:30 am September 30th 2024 HAS THE NASTIEST attitude.
