When I booked the room, I requested two beds we got to the hotel. They gave us a room and there was one bed and then one pullout couch. I went back down to the desk and said that the room was great but we needed two beds and they said, but you’re in a suite there are too beds. There’s a pullout sofa. They did not offer me another Room that had two beds .I ended up sleeping on the pullout couch and my friend ended up sleeping in the bedroom. I booked my Reservation in March.

Very interesting old building. Had been renovated in a way that effectively mixed the old structure and materials with new. The staff was excellent. They helped us so much. Location was fantastic.
Negatives:
Room was very small. Too many pillows and nowhere to put them. No place to put luggage to unpack. Price was high (but so were all prices in Chicago). Didn't like $50 per day charge for WiFi, water bar+metal water bottle, borrowing bicycles, and a couple of other optional items. Those should either have been free or charged only if used.
