The competence of the staff exhibited considerable inconsistency. While two of the personnel were notably amiable, the overall impression was marred by the lamentable state of the carpet in my room, which was egregiously dirty and unsightly. The practice of charging guests for morning coffee within the lobby, coupled with the provision of a subpar in-room coffee machine, is regrettably tacky. Furthermore, the bathroom revealed another disappointment, with tiles peeling off. The experience was disheartening. Notably, the advertisement on the booking platform failed to specify charges for the water bottles left in the room and the unused coffee maker. This constitutes misleading information, and such omissions are wholly unacceptable.

Amazing location, sensational beds, loved the suite with seperate room, nice building in general

Was a little noisy as could hear the train when it started up early on a morning (not a problem for me but could be for others), bathroom small and not in keeping with the grandeur with the rest of the suite, TV choices not extensive…but nitpicking as positives far outweigh any negatives
