Between Thursday, Oct 17th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Oct 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Oct 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Location. Most staff are friendly

Negatives: a) No noise cancellation on the windows or between rooms . You can hear people talking down the street. b) Lack of basic services . No bellman for example. The hotel is already charging a lot , why don’t they provide that? c) They charge $25/day “resort fees” and expect us to fill up a bottle of water at a public cooler in the lobby that is so slow to fill a bottle. Just provide 2 bottled water like a normal hotel.
