I arrived at 4:30am after a 12 hour train delay and the receptionist working at that time was slooooooow. I waited 20 minutes for him to deal with the previous customer and then he didn’t seem to understand that I wanted to check in at 4:30am despite me messaging the hotel twice that I would be arriving late.

Great location, easy to find from the train station, classy looking lobby and bar area, great cocktails. Check in and out process very straightforward.
Negatives:
Smaller room / bed than expected, also a slight musty smell to the room but this cleared with the window open.

Perfect location! Especially for a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for better! Also it’s a very cute hotel, it has some charm to it, the rooms are a bit smaller than I expected but I felt very comfortable and relaxed still by the end of the night
Negatives:
A little old in the rooms too, not horrifically but just some things need to be touched up on.

Handicap room had almost no furniture. I had to ask for a chair so my husband could sit . I had to ask for water glasses-there was one paper coffee cup in the room -that’s it

Positives:
The hotel has perfect location close to the city center. It was the cheapest option for hotel room in this location and I can say we got what we paid for. Room is equipped with basic furniture, small fridge, some bathroom essentials etc. You can storage your luggage after check-out at the reception, which is also great. Also, there is a bar and chill zone in the lobby.
Negatives:
Walls of the room weren’t so soundproof, but there wasn’t a big noise at night from the hall, so it wasn’t that bad. Room is also a bit older, which is fine, but could be cleaner in my opinion.
