Positives:
The location is good. The breakfast area is nice and there in a patio space in the back. The rooms smelled fresh.
Negatives:
The $250 deposit for damage, which we have not done at any other hotel we have stayed at. (must have something to do with two cannabis dispensories nearby). The mattress needs to be replaced, the pocket door to the shower needs repaired and the hallway carpet needs a good cleaning or replaced.
