Positives:
The breakfast was decent and the hotel was clean.
Negatives:
The was something in the mechanical room directly below our bed that was extremely loud and vibrated the floor, bed, and night stands. So much so it vibrated my glasses off the night stand over night. It would have been one thing if it was a constant sound, but it would come on for 20 minutes and then shut off. This happed all night and day. I was told twice that the manager would reach out to us. He never did.
We had to have our key cards replaced 6 times for a 5 night stay. We were accused of putting them too close to our phones. My wallet is on my right side and my phone is on my left, no where near each other. The last time I had the desk lady carry the card after she reprogrammed it again… still didn’t work.
