Positives: Location; room size - had a full fridge counter & kitchen sink; bed was fairly comfortable.
Negatives: The guy checking our group in confused our group's reservations, though we clearly told him how we booked; Shabby; not the cleanest - stained carpet, residue of something splashed on the walls, & bathroom sink; no lobby or even a chair to sit and wait for group; toilet didn't flush; saw 2 baby roaches crawling on the tub the next morning - checked out immediately after seeing them. Reviews said it, but I was with a group & one never knows if they're written maliciously or not - believe ALL of the bad ones. A nasty extended stay motel disguised as a hotel. It was only for some hours overnight with my group, or I would not have chanced staying there...
