Positives: Nothing.

Negatives: The pool was ice cold in a very cold pool room so my son was unable to swim at all. The hot tub was empty. The key cards kept not working on the property doors. Our room had soaked carpet so we had to be moved to a different room.

Positives: This hotel needs better variety. The only thing to eat is waffles there could be a few sandwiches and some scrambled eggs. The juice machine came while I was there but I just went out for breakfast because variety was just not suitable and I started have stomach burn.

Negatives: The first day my flight came in early I ask the front desk if she could check me in early and she said for a $75 fee I told her I didn’t want to pay it and she made me sit there from 9:30 until exactly 2pm .
