Positives: Spotless, tidy, airy and well-lit lobby and entry. Check in was fast and pleasant with a friendly desk person. Good breakfast.

Negatives: Breakfast and morning desk staff were visibly annoyed and didn't try to hide their irritation at our large group gathering for our day. Service with a smile is important regardless, as our group was being polite, we were just taking up space.
