Negatives: Waited 15 min to check in. Room was filthy dirty with junk all over the floor. Tv had no signal. Cake and proprietor came but couldn't figure it out. Said he'd be back and never came. Wouldn't answer phone. Showerhead screamed like an injured rabbit the entire time it was on. Towels were stiff and thin. Overall horrible experience.

Positives: I got the experience I paid for, cheap room at a cheap place.

Negatives: I was in a room closest to the freeway. So it had to be the loudest room possible. I booked and paid for two nights. Thursday night and Friday night. However after I left the room Friday morning, the key card did not work later that afternoon.

Negatives: The location is remote, convenience stores and eateries not nearby. Outside security lighting POOR. The vending machine selections were minimal and barely stocked. In room coffee pot unserviceable and dirty. No replacement available from housekeeping. Lobby coffee unavailable in morning as advertised.
