Good news! Before Thursday, May 30th, 2024 at 1am local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Thursday, May 30th, 2024 at 1am and Friday, May 31st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, May 31st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 31, you will still be charged for the full amount.
