The property was run down. There was no hot water for a shower or to wash your hands. The staff said I should have let the water run for ten minutes. Because the hot water tanks are at the other end of the building. We tried but no luck.

The water in the shower and bathroom smelled very bad like egg water, the toilet has big yellow ring, the shower wall needs fixing tiles are water damaged and look they they could fall off, some were pressed in and the shower curtain bottom is stained yellow probably from the egg water. Did not like showering in egg smelly water

The breakfast was decent, but the same each day. The breakfast attendant was very kind and the only staff that smiled and paid us any attention.
Negatives:
The people at the front desk need customer service skill training. We had soap from the previous people left over in our shower. The carpeting upstairs was disgusting and peeling off the floor. Low outlets. The pictures on the website are very outdated. The workout room looks like it had not been cleaned for weeks.
