Positives:
I like the facility. I like most of the staff. The beds are comfortable. I like the convivence of a full-size fridge as i travel a lot to these hotels for work.
Negatives:
The people above me kept me up two nights in a row. I called front desk and wrote them on the app and the people above me still didn't stop. I ended up leaving at midnight the night before check out because i was so irritated with how loud these people were walking. I turned my fan up on LOUD and could still hear these people stomping. I do wish the front desk would have done more about the situation. I should not have to leave the night before as I didn't get home till after 4AM. That's ridiculous.

Positives:
Breakfast is better than 5 other hotels we stayed in this trip in Rural USA. They have better variety and good quality in comparison. Rooms are clean and large, bathrooms were upto date as well.
Negatives:
I used two locations of your brand, the one i used in Rapid City was way more cleaner and tidy. If yours is 4.5 stars that was 5. still very good.

The rooms were amazing, clean, large, and super comfortable. The hallways were also clean and fresh smelling.
Negatives:
The pool was not open. We were a soccer team staying overnight and there was no reason for it to be closed. We booked months ago and were not given a heads up prior or we would have cancelled.

The room was very large, clean and comfortable. My kids loved the complimentary cookies and hot chocolate. We were very bummed to get there and learn that the pool was not warm enough to swim. They rectified the situation by allowing us to go across the parking lot to the other hotel to swim so that made us happy!
