The kitchen was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The towels were dirty. The sheets were dirty. I had to shower without towels. There is no one at the front desk after 11 and before 10a (when I left).

Very noisy location. Lots of people just wandering around the back of the hotel. Several fights broke out while we were there. Very unsavory situation.

The room had roaches crawling across the counter! We didn't end up staying there and the clerk assured me I wouldn't be charged but I was and now I am fighting to get my money back! The clerk and GM were rude and unprofessional!!!

Paid for the linen service and there were never any towels or sheets when I would go exchange them, no front desk staff readily available to help at all, it smells of animal dander, Calvin is rude, condescending and unprofessional. Their internet sucks
