Room size, refrigerator, and safe.
Negatives:
To begin with, I did not get the roll-in shower handicapped accessible room that I requested. The tub accessible bathroom was unsafe for me. (I tried to email Homewood unsuccessfully but, ultimately, wound up calling the hotel twice prior to coming to confirm what I thought was going to be a room with a roll-in shower.) Also, when I arrived, I was told that I would be charged an addition but refundable $50.00 per day in the event that I "trashed" the room. Pool not heated. No stores, pharmacies, or full-service restaurants within walking distance. Furthermore, Indianapolis has very long blocks. So, sites that appeared close on a map were not. Very high county and state tax.
