When booking I called to make sure the pool would be open. This is why I went ahead and booked. I get there and I'm informed the pool would be closed during our stay. I was not able to cancel due to being it was very late in the night.

The elevators were slow, hot, and scary. The halls and rooms were stuffy never cooled off. I put the air on 64 for hours and it never got past 77 in the room.

Hallways were too hot. Coffee shop was not open at 7:00 of our three morning. Why off it if it isn’t open for the working guests
