Positives: It was clean, bed was comfy.
Negatives: I’m giving them 2 stars for employee oversights and lack of service recovery. Not going into lengthy scenarios, simple to say there were employee mistakes/attitude issues with staff that when relayed to management were met with excuses instead of simple apologies and accountability. I personally do not need to hear lengthy excuses on why employees fell short due to staff shortages, a staff members family hardships causing additional shortage, inexperience of staff, etc. Working in hospitality I get it’s a tough time for the service sector due to employee turnover. So just acknowledge my complaint and let me know if you intend to make it right (which they would not) or don’t waste my time with excuses.
