The roof was being worked on both days I was there and by 730 am they were at it working couldn’t even sleep in a bit.. plus the elevator smell awful!!

There were cats hanging all around the doors to get in the hotel. I paid for 4 nights got to the room there was debris in the sink drain, footprints in the tub, the drapes were stained, sheets were so dirty. Horrible smell soon as the door was opened, carpet so old and dirty, furniture was super outdated. I was inthe room 10 minutes and they charged me for a whole night when the room was not up to Baymount standards, then it took days for my money to be refunded. It seems like this has turned into a Crack hotel with many suspicious people in and out constantly. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN ANYWHERE, ESPECIALLY THE MERRILLVILLE LOCATION!!!
