Staff window could be open more. Always had to wait for assistance. Caulking around shower faucet and spout need removed and re caulked. Utencils for cooking without a fee charge.

I like the area. The room was ok bathroom is outdated tub needs to be replaced.

The front desk lady was rude kept accusing my granddaughter of not returning a blow dryer we never got or used she closed the wood sliding door down in my face. She was a black lady with a kinda curly afro I'm not sure if she was a housekeeper as well. But she just had a nasty attitude.

I booked late, due to a flight layover, and mentioned i would be checking in extremely late (past midnight). I didn't get into town until just about 2:00 am. After getting to the hotel around 2:30 am, i was told that my booking was automatically cancelled, which means i was charged the room fee, AND, that i had to book it again (pay again) in order to get the room. I should have been able to check into the hotel w/out having to pay double just because i showed up after a certain time.

Ash and the gentleman manger were friendly
Negatives:
Black lady attendant (wore big ole wig) was not very friendly. Keys stopped working one night around 10 and had to wait an hour for her to show up and fix the key. Fridge wasn't that clean, shower rusty and need update. One shower in one of our rooms didn't work and they never fixed it so we paid for a room we couldn't shower in. Staff put us in a panic saying there were no rooms available due to the brickyard race when in fact there ended up being many vacant rooms. Dog poop all over grounds from people not picking up after themselves as well as cigarette butts. Saw a roach in the bathroom and WE DO NOT HAVE ROACHES. ONLY HAD HOUSEKEEPING ONCE during our 3 week stay.Had to beg for new towels the second week. Had to go purchase our own mop and broom to clean the rooms. They charge you 2.00 per towel if you try to get extra. Would not ever stay at this location again. Beware.

Needs an update. People hanging and sitting around outside of front gate. No staff on site after 10pm. Halls smelled of smoke. Was not what is expected as an extend stay.
