Positives: The items offered was all right. I don't know what factors are included in choosing each item offered but the scrambled eggs could have had a different texture. The look (presentation) was not as appealing as it should have been.
Negatives: Other than what was written above, nothing else was noticed enough to be mentioned. I have developed trouble with walking distance. So, having to do stairs, the room was near my limit to walk in one go. I had to pass pausing to rest on either of the couches because they were low to the floor and the cushions were too soft. The use would have made for a difficult time to get back to standing.

Positives: They are very friendly and treated everyone with the same kindness that I got. Plus the place was the cleanest hotel with someone always cleaning. No one just sits around waiting for something to do.
Negatives: They didn't know how to fix the door across the hall from me. Which took two days to fix.
