Quality Inn Burlington Near Hwy 34

Negatives: The front manager was rude. When I checked in, he tried to say I didnt have a reservation. It took close to 20 minutes. I had asked for a 10 AM early check in through Booking.com. He told me I couldnt check in till three then he said I could come back at 12:30 I dirty showed him my ID then when I came back at close to 1 oclock he still gave me a hard time and it still took a while to get checked in and had to show my ID again. I could barely understand him He had a very bad attitude I couldve swore when I made the reservations. It said there was a swimming pool. The breakfast was disgusting and there was only one thing that was edible, and that was the waffles that you made yourself The sausage gravy tasted like it was spoiled. The eggs were like hockey pucks. The biscuits were like hockey pucks also and cold. There was nothing to drink because the juice dispenser was broke down so you couldnt even get water to drink only the crappy coffee that there was there , my sister and I could not even swallow a bite of everything we tried. We had to spit it out. We were going to stay at the catfish, Bend Casino or FunCity, but when I looked for a place there was nothing available and quality and had the best price and close by. I wouldve rather paid $60-$75 more and enjoyed my stay This is the worst experience I have ever had at a quality, inns, or sweets or the chain As far as Im concerned, quality ends owes me a free night and not at that property. I will never go there. They also tried telling me I had to pay for the room even though I told them I paid through Booking.com My sister and I drove to Burlington just from Iowa city just to get away from a lot of family stuff we had been going through and it did not start out well or end well with our stay Can you please make quality ends at that property refund us our money? Because I realize that its not booking.coms fault however, it does makebooking.

Negatives: Room floors were sticky. Grout in bathroom need major cleaning. Bed mattresses were very uncomfortable

Negatives: Our room was not very clean. Also whatever was holding the bed up was awful. When you sat in the bed or rolled over there was a metal on metal sound. Like hollow galvanized ductwork being folded, popping and banging. No sleep for us bed was hard too!

Negatives: My key card was deactivated before checkout time. I had to wait a very long time for the desk clerk to come to get it reactivated. She finally came in from outside. She crying and had mascara running all over her face. The desk clerk when checking in was excellent.
