Positives: Location and tge beds were comfortable
Negatives: There was no electricity upon arrival. Staff was not at the desk when arrived, so i rang on the phone, and he sounded very irritated that he had to help me. I had a reservation for 2 adults and 2 kids. I said yes there is actually only 3. He said oh 3 persons. I said yes 3 people. He said it's $10 more per night. I was confused on why I would get charged more money for less people. I told them no just stick with what i got. He still charged me 30 which i made him take off before i left. Upon going in the room there was no electricity. I fixed that by resetting a outlet. There was a sensor or camera wrapped around the tv. I took that down as i had small children. There was no smoke detector. There was what appeared to be open wires next to the mirror. There was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. Only 2 towels on the shelf. They didn't replenish towels thankfully i had brought some to go to the beach but couldn't due to flooding. Then at check out he didn't want to give me a receipt. And he still only gave me a summary. I got notification that my card was charged an additional $40 i called to inquire and he said that i stole the towels. As i explained all 3 of the towels were by the door. He said the housekeeper said there wasn't any. I have a complaint in with corporate.

Negatives: Serious disrepair! Hall light didn't work properly/created unsafe walkway. Room doors propped open, concerns about who had access prior to my arrival (unknown person spent hours in hall chairs right outside ). Dirty, paint everywhere. No fire alarm in rm.
