Very pleasant. Slept well. Friendly staff. Sweet small town. Easy access to many larger venues.
Positives:
Hotel was close to the event I was attending. The room was nice as expected. Was nice to use the pool.
Negatives:
The hot tub was not working during my stay and the free breakfast could use a little attention. Biscuits and gravy should be made by hand, not a bake and eat. The gravy was horrible and the biscuits were small, no flavor, and not warm.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was excellent! Annette was extremely helpful and efficient. The little bar was just right for an evening together after driving. The breakfast was more than sufficient to get the day started. I would highly recommend staying at the DewWitt, IA location.
