Positives: Great breakfast. I was 1 hour early and they let me check in. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Comfortable bed. The front desk and breakfast person were both friendly and kind
Negatives: Pool was really cold and looked like lots of sand on bottom. Bathroom towels need to be bigger.

Negatives: Communication from staff was poor.Room was filthy.No towels.Shower had very little water pressure.Bed linens stunk-cigarette smoke smell.So we had to leave for a family emergency we had 2 nights reserved and tried to get a partial refund for the 2nd night as we arrived on a Friday and had to leave Saturday AM.The manager wasn't in till 9 AM and never communicated about a partial refund.Totally avoided us after 3 attempts and an email.This place is HORRIBLE.Im embarrassed for Quality Inn to represent such a poor facility.

Negatives: The room had a mildew smell. It was overwhelming. Possibly from the carpet near the bathroom. There was no screen on window to air out the room. The microwave was shorted out and not replaced.
