In room coffee machine was broken. Linens didn't stay on the bed. Remade bed. Towels were stained. Had to ask for an extra blanket for the bed. Staff walked into our room around 8AM without knocking.

the property was very clean. staff was wonderful and friendly. late at night many people came in that had pets with them. i did hear them say that there was a $125.00 deposit per dog and a limit of 3 per room. the floors are good for someone with pets as its a scrubbable type of flooring. i did not hear any noise from neighbors. mattress was comfortable. in all i felt like i couldnt have gotten a better place
