I REQUEST A REFUND. Will never use Bookkng again. What a bum deal. Was charged $210 on my credit card. What a scam!

Place was atrocious! Looked like it was a dump. Didn't even try going into lobby. Saw broken windows, trash, bad location. Did not check in. Did not want my family to stay at this dumpy place.

al final no se me engtrego el recibi y/o Ticket por que me comentaron que debia de ocupar el de boooking ya que los precios son diferentes]/ At the end the person in the copunter didnt give the invoice / ticket for the reservation as she said that I should get from the app booking

The room itself was clean, the female clerk was very professional, hot tub was fine after figuring out where the on switch was.
Negatives:
Very dirty bathroom that also needed a soft remodel, cockroaches in the bedroom, pool area was dirty underneath the chairs. Overpriced, beds are extremely uncomfortable, breakfast was not that great, doors screeched, TV was tiny, morning attendant was very very rude almost felt borderline racist. The back door wouldn't open on the first pull after scanning the card, hot tub on switch was on the other side of the gate across the hall.
