Positives: The breakfast was very good with many different items to pick.
Negatives: They could have informed me that house keeping only cleaned every other day. When my room was not cleaned the day after I checked in I went to the front desk and talked to the manager she offered to hand me clean towels and toiletries. I refused that wasn’t my job. I asked for my room and coworkers rooms to be cleaned for the rest of our stay. The day before we checked out our rooms were not cleaned. I let the manager know the next morning and she gave a look like she didn’t care.

Negatives: Asked to have room cleaned every day the last day before checking out the next morning was not touched. Plus they charged my personal credit card for 4 nights when it was paid for by one of my co worker. Have asked several times for refund and they claim it was done but card statement shows it’s still there. My co worker that paid never got reimbursed for the 1 day of no room being cleaned.
