Positives: Quick check in. Responsive to changes needed in reservation. My original reservation date had to be changed to one day earlier, which they cheerfully did. But then we were given a room with only one bed when we requested two, and then charged for the extra bed.

Negatives: Don't like the short "squatty potties". Breakfast hours too short ( we missed it) and located in separate building so you have to walk long way in the cold to get some food.
