Lobby and building exterior appeared clean and nice.
Negatives:
Room was VERY dirty. Found hair balls in both beds. We reported it to office and were given new sheets. Room was dark, little lighting. Floor was very dirty. Shower had rust. Window was broken and had been taped. Breakfast staff was observed NOT wearing gloves. At check out we told staff about hair balls on sheets; showed him a picture. He apologized for "inconvenience" . Would NOT recommend this hotel!
