Great location, easy to get to everything.
Negatives:
The carpet in the hallways is really bad and needs to be addressed. This is one of the first impressions that people get before getting into their rooms. It is stained and ripped and patched with duct tape. Everything else was lovely but this seriously needs to be invested in and addressed so guests feel confident and comfortable in their choice from the start.

Everything. It's beautiful, the staff are so sweet professional it was such a comfortable experience and luxurious at a great price. It was very clean, bed was ultra comfortable! When I visit KC this is the only place I'm booking. Only thing I disliked was that I had to ask for my complimentary items. And there was no shower cap but the front desk attendant sis her best to try and find one i love it

The scent in the room was fantastic. Shower was nice and hot and had good water pressure. John at the front dest was fantastic!

The bed was hard as a rock. Someone pounded on our door twice past 10pm. Woke us up both times.
