After Wednesday, Nov 27th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 27, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: I will never stay at this hotel again we got the room with the hot tub in it and the water was a cloudy yellow color in it and also in the bathroom everything had the cloudy yellow color, the nite person on duty came and looked at it and said it was a city wide thing and wait until morning to see if it changes and it didn't we couldn't even take a shower, I would prefer to get my money back
