The pool area was very clean.

I have a hyperactive child and was told that the downstairs room heard banging that sounded like someone was jumping. I should be able to have fun with my son without disturbing the downstairs room. The sheets on my bed were not clean. And as far as I could tell the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. When I told the front desk about this issue, they said that the exhaust fan is silent. I wasn't too impressed by that.

Positives:
Very new feel. Great public spaces for socialising with our group. Friendly staff and well located for our reunion. Huge room! Beds comfy. Well equipped kitchen with microwave and good size fridge.
Negatives:
Our bathroom was not well stocked. We spent 2 nights and ran out of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Toilet was not as clean as I’d like. These are housekeeping training issues that I’m sure will be addressed.
